Our syrup, pure maple cream, maple sugar, maple jelly and pure maple candies are all made right here on the farm. The gift boxes are all made from lumber harvested on the farm and sawn into lumber on the farm sawmill. Ben hand-crafts the boxes in a shop on the farm and his wife Gaetane designs and makes silk screens for the artwork on the boxes. We still boil the syrup with wood in a modern state-of-the-art evaporator.
