The story of Sand Hill starts off with the vision of a man, his family, a small herd of dedicated cows and the dream to produce the most impossibly fresh dairy creations Northern Nevada has ever tasted.

Over a decade ago, the Alves family pursued that vision to bring wholesome, natural and impossibly fresh products to the people of Nevada when they purchased a small dairy farm in Fallon, Nevada.

Today, Sand Hill Dairy operates as one of Northern Nevada’s only artisan cheese-makers with over 500 of the finest dairy cows around.
