Apple Cider Jelly is made from fresh local cider, made many varieties of local apples. We pick up the cider straight from the producer, either at the farm or a local market, then make into jelly. This is a new jelly is clear, pure and delectable.
Apples are an all-around super food. Great with cheese and crackers, used in a marinade, or warm up and use on anything you'd put maple syrup on!
