My Brigadeiro was founded in 2012 in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont, where a great deal of attention and care is given to cooking with the best natural ingredients available in the region.
Inspired by my life's passion for cooking, the love for my family, my friends and my desire to share Brazil's national sweet, but with a more sophisticated and healthier twist.
