Kelsen Brewing Company is a 3BBL craft brewery producing award winning beer. We craft full-flavored beers that push the limits of their styles and are highly drinkable. The brewery began operation in early 2014 with a small tasting room and 2 beers on tap. Kelsen has expanded to 12 beers on tap and a 60 person restaurant serving hand tossed pizza as well as other small items.
At Kelsen, we brew beer that we like to drink and that craft beer enthusiasts are searching for. We brew a variety of Ales and Lagers of which many can be found only in our tasting room.
In 2017 we began planning our side project brewery “The Cryptic Project”. This is a passion project focused on experimental sour beers, mixed culture, and spontaneously fermented wild ales. We launched our first round of sour beers in March 2018 and have released approximately 20 sour beers since then. We continue to expand our barrel program and are working hard to create new and interesting beers for the sour beer lover.
