Martha’s Exchange began brewing operations in September of 1993 making it the second oldest brewpub in the state. For over twenty years, we have had fresh beer crafted onsite and served mere feet from where it was made.
Current brewer Greg Ouellette has been with us since 2001. He brews an ever changing array of beers from the lightest easy drinking brew to the darkest richest stout. Greg brews upwards of 35 different recipes in a calendar year, many are seasonal brews only made once a year, others are rolled out a few times a year, and some are brand new special brews that Greg makes once and may never make again. He has brewed many award winning beers and he continues to search for new flavors and styles for our customers to enjoy.
