Brewing progressive European-inspired beers is our passion. These beers reflect our experiences of living and traveling extensively throughout continental Europe, the warmth of family and friendships, and the values and intent that define our beers and our future.
We brew on a custom North American-built five-vessel, 20-barrel brewhouse. We designed and built this unique system in order to generate the depth of character that you see today across the spectrum of our offerings. This distinct investment in quality sets Schilling Beer Co. apart. We also maintain a vibrant and growing wild/spontaneous beer program on the river level of our new production brewery. Many of these special releases will never be distributed beyond our onsite Store & Tasting Room and co-located brewpub.
Our tireless pursuit of world-class beer does not end with lagers or wild fermentations. In 2015, we launched Resilience, our American ale project, to showcase a new perspective on exquisite hoppy ales.
