We started making beer in June of 2009 in Hooksett, NH in 15 to 20-gallon batches. Thanks to the continued interest in our beers we have grown to a custom 30 barrel system.
We are consistently dedicated to the creation of thoughtful, heartfelt ales for the fun-loving beer drinker. Our styles range from historical, through contemporary, to the avant-garde. Each batch of beer is carefully brewed by hand, and left unfiltered for an exceptional depth of flavor.
We strive for excellence and are always looking for ways to improve our beers. We push the boundaries of what beer is. We push the envelope. While we’re definitely in the sour beer market, we’re continually tweaking and changing and trying new things.
