Copper Beech Winery is a small batch boutique winery nestled in the woods of Hooksett New Hampshire, close to scenic Lake Massabesic. We make delicious and award winning wines from fresh fruit sourced as locally as possible. Each small batch is hand crafted with patience and attention to detail. Quality is important to us!
We opened our tasting room to the public in March of 2014, and began winning medals within the first two months of opening. While many fruit wines tend to be sweet, ours are on the dry side, with just enough sweetness to showcase the fruit character without overwhelming it. They are fermented in traditional style and aged at least a year before bottling.
