We started Sweet Baby Vineyard in 2008 after discovering our love of wine making.
What started as a hobby for Lewis, quickly grew into a family business. We originally chose our home in Kensington because it had a lot of land for our children to play and space to garden. Growing up in New Hampshire, our family has always enjoyed all of the fresh fruits that the spring, summer and fall bring. Each season we take the kids to the local farms to pick strawberries, blueberries, peaches and apples.
We decided to bring these fresh fruits grown at our local farms to our wine. We also turned part of our land into a vineyard, which yields four varieties of the grapes we use in our wine. We now have happily outgrown our little home winery and moved to a new much larger farm in Hampstead, NH. In the spring of 2016, we planted over 2000 new grape vines. Our new home has almost 8 acres, a separate building for year round tastings, a production building and a large three story barn for finished wine storage.
