Liquid Gold!
The fruit for this jelly comes from an Asian pear tree planted in the
late 80s by Claire Stretch, my daughter, and her dad as a science project
for McKelvie School. This tree has produced hundreds of pounds of pears
over the years and makes for a special sweet treat.
An elegant pairing with a cheese or charcuterie board.
Ingredients: Sugar, Pear Juice, Pectin, Lemon Juice
